Classes

Total Strength Full Body

If you’re looking for a total body strength workout, this is it! This class offers a variety of strength exercises using various equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, body weight and more to give you a full body workout.

Teen Strength & Conditioning

Teen Strength & Conditioning provides education and utilization on the proper mechanics & technical aspects of exercise. This class will help aid in the daily progression & maintenance of overall health and wellness by utilizing barbells, free weights, functional equipment, and more.

Weights & Plates

This class gets you lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of reps, you’ll get a total body workout. Instructors coach you through scientifically-backed moves helping you achieve more than on your own!

HIIT

Get out of your comfort zone and accelerate results with high-intensity interval training. Classes combine short bursts of intense exercise with short recovery periods, and utilize cardio and strength exercises.

Strength Training

A high intensity course designed to meet the needs of highly motivated individuals. Training involves performing strength exercises with heavy loads, followed by an explosive plyometric or ballistic exercise performed with bodyweight or low loads.

Circuit Training

This circuit-style workout builds strength and stamina. Challenge both your heart and all major muscle groups using a variety of equipment to move through a series of strength and cardio exercises.
